ISSN Media Online Jurnal&nbsp;Exchall:&nbsp;E-ISSN: 2656-9795.</p> Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Cirebon en-US Exchall: Economic Challenge 2302-7169 EFEKTIVITAS DAN EFISIENSI MELALUI PEMANFAATAN RUNOUT TIME(ROT) METHOD https://jurnal.publikasi-untagcirebon.ac.id/index.php/exchall/article/view/346 <p><em>This study aims to explain and demonstrate the use of the Runout Time Method in scheduling production per group so that production is carried out effectively and efficiently from the use of available equipment or facilities.</em><em>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The analysis technique used is ROT (Runout Time) analysis using the formula: ROT = Current inventory&nbsp; / Demand per&nbsp; period.</em><em>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The results showed that the Runout Time method is a simple method in determining the production schedule or order of a group of items using the same equipment.</em><em>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The use of Runout Time can help company management to produce effectively, namely being able to meet consumer demand or potential buyers by preparing ending inventory in anticipation of a surge in demand at the end of the period.</em><em>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The use of Runout Time can help the company's management to produce efficiently, namely being able to use the available production capacity as well as possible without incurring additional costs and even saving production costs </em><em>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Use of Runout time can be useful for managing production quantities per batch or per item or per type or per batch to control ending inventory quantities that go beyond management policies.</em></p> Elfreda Aplonia Lau ##submission.copyrightStatement## 2023-03-30 2023-03-30 5 1 1 11 10.47685/exchall.v5i1.346 PENGEMBANGAN CAGAR BUDAYA DAN PARIWISATA BERBASIS DIGITAL HERITAGE https://jurnal.publikasi-untagcirebon.ac.id/index.php/exchall/article/view/348 <p><em>The&nbsp; </em><em>&nbsp;city of </em><em>Cirebon is located on the north coast&nbsp; has many </em><em>&nbsp;cultural </em><em>heritages such as</em><em> cultural heritage collateral, cultural heritage sites, </em><em>or</em><em> cultural heritage areas, based on the </em><em>Mayor's Decree No.19 of 2001</em><em> concerning cultural heritage, there are </em><em>&nbsp;56</em><em>&nbsp; cultural heritage</em><em> buildings </em><em>&nbsp;&nbsp;, and 17 k Awasan as a cultural heritage site (mostly located in the palace area). </em><em>&nbsp;</em><em>In general, the potential of cultural heritage has not been utilized and developed optimally as&nbsp; a tourist</em><em> destination, </em><em>&nbsp;so this study aims to utilize digital technology for cultural heritage preservation by replicating, visualizing, simulating&nbsp;&nbsp; Especially informing the importance of cultural heritage to the public through digital media, in the form of digitizing cultural heritage or known as digital heritage. With information technology, digitalization of cultural heritage provides many advantages because it can store more data in digital format, thus increasing the opportunity to reach a wider community to access the existence of cultural heritage. Digital displays and multimedia representations will attract the attention of information technology users, raise public awareness and appreciation of cultural heritage, if properly developed into regional tourism assets. The method used is a qualitative method including observation of the preservation side (photo / video documentation) and interviews, while the development side of cultural heritage through analysis of the potential and problems of cultural heritage through the use of information technology for tourism development. The results showed that the digitization of cultural heritage as cultural heritage. Not only useful for preservation, but as a medium of education to the public. Melalui kajian literatur yang komprehensif, penelitian ini mengkaji interaksi antara faktor-faktor kunci yang meliputi komunikasi, kepemimpinan, perencanaan, pengelolaan risiko, kerjasama tim, adaptasi metodologi manajemen proyek, dan pengaruh teknologi informasi. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menjelaskan dampak penerapan teknologi informasi dan adaptasi metodologi manajemen proyek, seperti Agile dan Lean, dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas manajemen proyek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang bagaimana faktor-faktor kunci saling berinteraksi dan berkontribusi pada keberhasilan proyek sangat penting. Penerapan teknologi informasi dan metodologi manajemen proyek yang tepat, seperti Agile dan Lean, dapat memberikan dampak positif pada keberhasilan manajemen proyek. Manajemen kinerja secara komprehensif akan mencakup aspek perencanaan kinerja, pengukuran kinerja, umpan balik atau evaluasi kinerja, pengembangan kinerja, dan penghargaan kinerja.</p> <p>Perencanaan kinerja melibatkan penetapan tujuan, standar kinerja, dan tugas-tugas yang harus dilakukan oleh karyawan. Sensitivity to compensation for services provided can affect the performance of company employees. Payroll that is not in accordance with employee responsibilities can pose a big risk for the company. This research analyzes the implementation of human resource management information systems, payroll system performance, and the relationship between analyzing the implementation of human resource management information systems and the effectiveness of payroll systems. The research was carried out at Pertamina UPMS III Bandung Branch using a quantitative approach with survey research methods, namely research that takes samples from a population and uses questionnaires as the main data collection tool. Data analysis was carried out descriptively and verified with the aim of testing the established hypotheses. The results of the research concluded that the implementation of the HR information system at Pertamina UPMS III Bandung Branch had been carried out adequately. The performance of the payroll system at Pertamina UPMS III Bandung Branch is classified as very adequate. There is a significant and strong positive relationship between the implementation of an HR information system and payroll system performance.
