Abstract

Implementation of the HR Information System is intended to increase the effectiveness of management decision making related to HR such as recruitment processes and procedures and training programs. Sensitivity to compensation for services provided can affect the performance of company employees. Payroll that is not in accordance with employee responsibilities can pose a big risk for the company. This research analyzes the implementation of human resource management information systems, payroll system performance, and the relationship between analyzing the implementation of human resource management information systems and the effectiveness of payroll systems. The research was carried out at Pertamina UPMS III Bandung Branch using a quantitative approach with survey research methods, namely research that takes samples from a population and uses questionnaires as the main data collection tool. Data analysis was carried out descriptively and verified with the aim of testing the established hypotheses. The results of the research concluded that the implementation of the HR information system at Pertamina UPMS III Bandung Branch had been carried out adequately. The performance of the payroll system at Pertamina UPMS III Bandung Branch is classified as very adequate. There is a significant and strong positive relationship between the implementation of an HR information system and payroll system performance. The performance of the payroll system is closely related to the HR information system.
