ANALISIS KINERJA PEGAWAI MELALUI PEMBERIAN MOTIVASI PADA PT. INDOJAYA PAN PRATAMA CIREBON
This research is a population research that is shown to employees of PT. Indojaya Pan Pratama Cirebon. This study aims to determine the effect of providing work motivation on employee performance at PT. Indojaya Pan Pratama Cirebon. The results of the partial hypothesis test (t test) show that the motivational variable has a positive influence on employee performance. This is evidenced by the p-value (sig t) < 0.05, which is 0.001, and the value of t count > t table which is 11,751 > 2.04841. This means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted so thereis an effect of providing motivation on employee performance at PT. Indojaya Pan Pratama Cirebon. Based on the Regression Coefficient test through the SPSS v.25.0 program, the regression equation y = 67,196 + 0.364x shows the value of the motivational variable on employee performance at PT. Indojaya Pan Pratama Cirebon by 0.364%. The advice given in this study is that there is more motivation or encouragement from the leader to improve employee performance.
