Archiving Policy

Journal Mestro is committed to the long-term preservation and availability of the scholarly record it publishes.

• Journal platform. All published issues and articles are permanently available on this Open Journal Systems site, hosted by Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Cirebon.
• Persistent identifiers. Every article receives a Crossref DOI (prefix 10.47685), so that links continue to resolve even if the journal's web address changes.
• Metadata harvesting. Article metadata is exposed via OAI-PMH and harvested by indexing services listed on the Indexing and Abstracting page.
• Institutional copies. Printed and electronic copies of each issue are kept in the Library of the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Cirebon.
• Distributed preservation. The journal's platform supports the PKP Preservation Network (LOCKSS), which creates distributed archives among participating libraries for permanent preservation and restoration purposes.

Authors are also encouraged to deposit the published version of their articles in institutional or subject repositories (see Deposit Policy).
