Corr. R, & Withdrawal Policy
Journal Mestro is committed to maintaining the integrity and completeness of the scholarly record. Published articles are not changed silently; any change is made transparent through the notices below, following COPE and Crossref guidance.
Corrections (Errata / Corrigenda)
When an error that affects the interpretation, data, or credit of a published article is identified, a correction notice is published, linked to the original article, and the article's metadata is updated. Minor typographical errors that do not affect the content may be corrected without a notice.
Expression of Concern
If there is serious doubt about an article's reliability while an investigation is ongoing, the editor may publish an expression of concern linked to the article.
Retraction
An article is retracted when there is clear evidence of unreliable findings (from misconduct or honest error), plagiarism, duplicate publication, unethical research, or unauthorized use of data. The retracted article remains available, clearly marked "Retracted", with a retraction notice explaining the reason. The DOI continues to resolve.
Withdrawal by Authors
- Before review is completed: authors may withdraw a manuscript by sending a written request, signed by all authors and stating the reasons, to mestro@untagcirebon.ac.id.
- After acceptance: withdrawal is permitted only for compelling reasons approved by the Editor in Chief, because substantial editorial resources have been invested.
- After publication: articles cannot be withdrawn; they may only be corrected or retracted as described above.
Authors may not submit the same manuscript to another journal until the withdrawal has been confirmed in writing by the editorial office.
