Focus

Journal Mestro is a peer-reviewed, open-access scientific journal published by the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Cirebon, Indonesia. The journal serves as an academic forum for the dissemination of original research articles and critical scientific reviews in engineering and applied sciences, with the aim of advancing knowledge and fostering innovation that is relevant to industry and society.

Scope

The journal welcomes theoretical, experimental, computational, and applied studies in the following areas.

Mechanical Engineering
Machine design, mechanics of materials, piping and structural stress analysis, thermodynamics and heat transfer, fluid mechanics, vibration, maintenance and reliability engineering.

Electrical Engineering
Power systems and power quality, electrical machines and drives, power electronics, control systems, instrumentation, telecommunication, and signal processing.

Energy Systems
Renewable energy (solar, wind, hydro, biomass, waste-to-energy), energy storage, energy efficiency and conservation, and grid integration.

Manufacturing Engineering
Manufacturing processes and machining, production systems, materials processing, quality engineering, and industrial automation.

Computer Engineering
Embedded systems, Internet of Things, intelligent systems and machine learning applied to engineering problems, and pattern and acoustic signal classification.

Civil Engineering
Structural engineering, construction materials, and infrastructure studies with a clear mechanical or electrical engineering dimension.

Article Types

The journal publishes original research articles and review articles. Manuscripts may be written in Indonesian or English and are published twice a year, in June and December (see Publication Frequency).
