Article Template

All manuscripts submitted to Journal Mestro must be prepared using the official journal template. The template sets the page layout, fonts, heading styles, figure and table formats, and reference style used in the journal.

Using the Template

1. Download the template and save it under a new name.
2. Replace the sample text section by section, keeping the predefined styles (Title, Author, Abstract, Heading 1–2, Body Text, Caption, Reference).
3. Insert figures and tables near their first mention, with numbered captions.
4. Format citations and references as shown in the template, preferably with a reference manager such as Mendeley.
5. Before uploading, remove author names and affiliations from the review file, and check the manuscript against the Manuscript Readiness Level checklist.
